My Tricks to Managing Stress

2020 for me was a crazy year! I learned and gained so much experience that I'm wanting to share with you.





Owning a business allows me to work with people from multiple backgrounds.


Although a majority of people I have met have been absolutely incredible, there are a select few who know exactly how to push my buttons, make me feel as though I want to quit, and can REALLY make my day difficult.


Sooo I was determined to figure out the best ways to help me manage this stress and anxiety.
